Jessi and Jake chose the essentials collection for their intimate crystal creek rainforest retreat elopement. Dressed in spell bride, Jessi and Jake looked a vision as they walked to the fig tree ceremony space.
The couple chose to add a variety of rituals to their ceremony. First, a smudging with sage to cleanse, protect and bless the ceremony space, followed by anointing feet, hearts and crown with oil to connect to the land and each other. Then they offered themselves to each other with a Hand Ceremony, where palms are turned facing upwards. Finally, an ancient Celtic handfasting ritual with cords handmade by Jessi symbolised their love and commitment.
The rattan signing table set was perfect for this love-infused alternate wedding ceremony.
The brides bouquet style was a relaxed posy filled with Everlasting daisy’s, Gum and gum nuts, Berzillia, Hydrangea, Gypsophilla, Leucadendron, Wheat, Native grass and roses.
Jessi added a flower headpiece and boutonniere for the groom to their package. Her flower headpiece was set on a comb as a feature for the back of her hair. Both the headpiece and the boutonniere (button hole) was designed to match the bride’s bouquet.
Colour pallet consisted of beautiful sage, fern green, terracotta, and cream.
